10 MHz OCXO holds ±5 ppb stability from −20 °C to +70 °C

April 13, 2026 By Puja Mitra Leave a Comment

The OX6580MK HZ 0.5 10.000 12 from Raltron is a 10 MHz oven-controlled crystal oscillator designed as a reference source for RF, microwave and test equipment, providing ±5 ppb frequency stability from −20 °C to +70 °C with low phase noise and fast warm-up. Built for PLL- and DDS-based synthesizers, local oscillator chains, timing modules and instruments such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators, it helps maintain frequency accuracy across temperature changes while reducing recalibration requirements. Manufactured in Miami, the OCXO is intended for applications including 4G/5G infrastructure, microwave backhaul, radar, satellite systems and precision measurement platforms.
