Gearing up for mmWave radar
D3 Engineering displayed a variety of its boards at the Texas Instruments booth because several of the D3 modules use TI mmWave sensors and transceivers. Here D3 president Scott Reardon sits behind a D3 camera and radar module. Below is one of the D3 development kits on display, the RVP-DM50x Industrial Rugged Development Kit which incorporates a DesignCore Rugged Vision Platform (RVP) module with Texas Instruments DM50x digital media vision processor and D3 Engineering vision software framework. The kit also includes D3 camera modules, a display, cables, software, and calibration tools.
