Radar, microphones, and MCUs address connected device security needs

March 4, 2026 By Aimee Kalnoskas Leave a Comment

Infineon robotics platform.

Infineon takes the floor at Embedded World 2026 in Nuremberg, March 10 – 12 (Hall 4A, Booth 138) with live demonstrations spanning microcontrollers, sensors, automotive, and robotics.

On the MCU side, engineers will see PSOC and AURIX devices running edge AI and robotics workloads with deterministic real-time control, alongside the TRAVEO SDV Zonal Demo, which illustrates how automotive MCUs handle zonal E/E architectures and OTA updates. Industrial and IoT demos will address compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

The XENSIV sensor portfolio gets equal billing, with demos showing how radar, magnetic, current, and MEMS microphone sensors feed data into robotics, autonomous systems, and connected industrial devices. A next-generation CMOS 60 GHz radar for IoT will also be on display.

In-depth technical presentations from Infineon engineers run throughout the show. Recordings will be available from March 10 at infineon.com/embeddedworld.
