aReady.COMs integrate application-ready hypervisor, operating system, and IIoT software configurations that customers can customize to their requirements. Developers can boot these pre-configured aReady.COMs and install their applications, reducing the complexity of integration work below the application layers and for diverse IIoT functionalities.
congatec’s aReady. strategy covers the entire value chain, from COM to cloud. The portfolio includes fully configurable, application-ready hardware, software, and service building blocks, providing a comprehensive solution for system design that is typically only found in dedicated system-level solutions.
The first aReady.COMs are available with the ctrlX OS from Bosch Rexroth, and congatec plans to expand the portfolio with more application-ready options. Developers can access a wide range of IoT and cloud apps, including key functions such as firewalls and VPN clients, through the aReady.COM platform.
