Alpha Data announces the release of its ADM-PCIE-9H7, a VU37P-2 Virtex Ultrascale+ FPGA board, creating a massive network device with up to 12 x 100GbE ports using AD-PCIE-FQSFP expansion interfaces.
Alpha Data, a leading supplier of high-performance FPGA solutions, announces the release of its newest FPGA accelerator card, the ADM-PCIE-9H7, the latest in a robust family of products ideal for a variety of HPC applications.
The ADM-PCIE-9H7 is a three quarter-length, PCI Express add-in card featuring an Ultrascale+ VU37P-2 FPGA, which includes 8GB on substrate High Bandwidth Memory (HBM Gen2). This platform provides exceptional memory and Read/Write performance at 460GB/s while reducing the overall power consumption of the board by eliminating the need for external SDRAM.
AA key feature of the ADM-PCIE-9H7 is the FireFly™ Micro Flyover System™ expansion I/O, which allows for additional network connectivity and flexibility of adaptation to different physical interfaces. The ADM-PCIE-9H7 is equipped with front IO via 4x QSFP28 cages, each supporting one 100GbE with RS-FEC or four 25GbE interfaces. Two connected AD-PCIE-FQSFP boards can provide an additional 8 x 100GbE QSFP28 interfaces via Samtec’s Flyover™ QSFP28 Cable System, allowing this board to become a massive network device with up to 12 x 100GbE ports.
