Flash programmer features extra-large memory

May 17, 2021 By Redding Traiger Leave a Comment

The SEGGER Flasher PRO XL is a full-featured, in-circuit, universal flash programming tool with extra-large memory capacity.

With 2 gigabytes of storage, the Flasher PRO XL is designed to program large images and/or hold multiple images for use during the production programming process. These can be systems running on Android, Linux, Windows CE, or other large operating systems, as well as deeply embedded systems that require a lot of data to be programmed. Where necessary, memory can be extended further using an industrial-grade microSD card to cover even the largest of systems.

The Flasher PRO XL is a Flasher PRO with extra-large and extendable memory. Like all members of the Flasher family, it is very fast, robust, reliable, and can be used in stand-alone or PC-based mode. In terms of speed, the Flasher PRO XL comes close to the theoretical minimum programming time for the target hardware. This is especially important for the huge images it is designed to program.
