On the road with AUTOSAR boards
Next to the domain consolidation demo on Intel hardware was a second demo running on Mentor’s AUTOSAR XSe automotive reference design. This included an AXSB board running ConnectedOS Linux operating systems and audio/video middleware for driver information and ADAS apps. The AXSB board is a near-A sample reference hardware platform built specifically for automotive development efforts. It conforms to automotive layout rules, is built from automotive-grade components, provides automotive interfaces, and ties power events to ignition events. It includes four CVBS video inputs for cameras, one of which is sitting on the board enclosure in this view.
